The Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 6th Edition, is the current publication that discusses the APA rules most thoroughly; however, there are other resources that can help you. Visit the library's APA Style Resource guide for more information.
The library now subscribes to APA Style Central which is created by the American Psychological Association -- they publish the APA manual. This tool by APA provides citation examples, short videos explaining APA rules, a writing paper tool which guides you on formatting your paper in APA and more. It is well worth a look.
There is a link to APA Style Central on the APA resource guide. Also it is linked from Databases on the library homepage.
